Ferhat is a Certified Massage Therapist with a Masseur Diploma in Professional Massage Therapy from the Turkish Society of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in Istanbul, which he obtained in July 1999.
Since obtaining his first certification, Ferhat has consistently taken more Continuing Education classes, to extend his training, and has studied a wide variety of new massage and other therapeutic techniques, some of which include: Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage , Medical Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Therapy, Pre and Post Natal Massage and Integrated Breathing.
As a result, Ferhat is adept in a wide range of massage styles, and can tailor each massage to your specific needs and preferences.
Ferhat has 8 years experience in 5* Spa Resorts on the 'Turkish Riviera', Southern Turkey on the Mediterranean. He has had the pleasure of working with clients from all over Europe, especially Germany, Far East Asia & the UK.
Ferhat started Knead Me Massage Therapies in Oxford in May 2009, the business has grown from strength to strength with a client base of over 1000 clients. He has proved himself as one of the best Massage Therapists in Oxford, with a reputation to be very proud of. His repeat business and loyal clients are testimony to the outstanding service that he delivers - everyone always comes back for more - his style, character, strength and top quality massage techniques are in a league of its own!
Ferhat has had his qualifications checked, verified and certified for work in the UK by the Massage Training Institute (MTI), a world class Institute for the training of Massage Professionals in the UK.
Ferhat has been rigorously vetted, verified and proudly accepted on the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council's (CNHC) Register, an established body that regulates massage in Britain in accordance with the Department of Health's natural healthcare bill.
Ferhat is a registered Full Member Therapist (since February 2009).
